Chief Development Officer

Paul is the Chief Development Officer of Locus Biosciences, bringing over 17 years of pharma/biotech experience in drug development and commercialization. He has deep expertise in project and portfolio management, leading cross-functional asset development teams through all phases of drug development, including several global regulatory submissions. Paul has worked with both large and small organizations and has helped manage periods of significant growth and change. He formerly served as Vice President of Program Management at Puma Biotechnology, where he provided oversight for NDA and MAA regulatory submissions and led the build-out of Puma’s commercialization business systems infrastructure ahead of their first product launch. Paul received a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Genetics from the University of British Columbia and his graduate degree in Cellular and Molecular Pathology, specializing in neuropathology, from Vanderbilt University.
